Terms of Service : Effective Date: July 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AigisPoint Predictive Intelligence Corp. ("AigisPoint," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AigisPoint website, web application, Strategic Predictive Threat Intelligence (SPTI) platform, reports, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
 

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Services

AigisPoint provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions designed to assist organizations in evaluating cybersecurity posture through predictive analytics, assessments, reporting, and related decision-support capabilities.

The Services may include:

  • Strategic Predictive Threat Intelligence (SPTI)

  • Cybersecurity assessments

  • Predictive reports

  • Risk scoring

  • Security recommendations

  • Administrative dashboards

  • Future enhancements and related services

Features may change as the Services evolve.

 
4. User Accounts
​

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.

  • Maintain the security of your account.

  • Promptly notify AigisPoint of unauthorized account use.

  • Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.

AigisPoint may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 
5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.

  • Introduce malware or malicious code.

  • Share account credentials without authorization.

  • Use the Services to harm or disrupt other users.

 
6. Customer Data
​

Customers retain ownership of the information they submit to the Services.

You grant AigisPoint a limited license to process, store, analyze, and use submitted information solely for providing and improving the Services.

We do not sell customer data.

7. Intellectual Property
​

The Services, including software, algorithms, methodologies, predictive models, scoring systems, visualizations, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property, are owned by AigisPoint Predictive Intelligence Corp. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services.

Customers retain ownership of their own submitted information.

 
8. Reports and Assessments

Reports generated through the Services are provided solely for the customer's internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reports may not be reproduced, resold, published, or distributed to third parties without AigisPoint's prior written consent, except as reasonably necessary for the customer's internal operations, auditors, insurers, regulators, or professional advisors.

 
9. Predictive Analytics
​

The Services provide analytical forecasts based on customer-provided information, historical cybersecurity data, and proprietary methodologies.

Predictions are intended to support informed decision-making and do not constitute guarantees of future cybersecurity events.

Customers remain responsible for their own security, compliance, operational, and business decisions.

10. Availability
​

While AigisPoint strives to maintain reliable availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, upgrades, security events, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

11. Third-Party Services
​

The Services may rely upon or integrate with third-party hosting providers, cloud services, authentication providers, or other technology vendors. AigisPoint is not responsible for the products or services provided directly by third parties.

 
12. Fees
​

Certain Services require payment.

Fees, subscription terms, renewal terms, and payment schedules will be identified at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of Services.

 
13. Termination
​

Either party may terminate the use of the Services in accordance with applicable subscription terms.

AigisPoint may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Continued access presents a security risk.

  • Required by law.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that survive termination.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIGISPOINT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

 
15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIGISPOINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

AIGISPOINT'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply.

 
16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AigisPoint Predictive Intelligence Corp., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of applicable law; or

  • Your infringement of another party's rights.

 
17. Changes to the Services
​

AigisPoint may modify, enhance, discontinue, or replace features of the Services at any time.

Material changes to these Terms will be posted on the Legal page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 
18. Governing Law
​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

19. Severability
​

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 
20. Entire Agreement
​

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written subscription or order agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings relating to the subject matter.
