Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the AigisPoint website, web application, Strategic Predictive Threat Intelligence (SPTI) platform, reports, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy and the AigisPoint Terms of Service.

 
2. Permitted Use

The Services are intended to assist organizations in assessing cybersecurity posture, evaluating cyber risk trends, and supporting informed cybersecurity decision-making. You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and these policies.

 
3. Prohibited Activities: You agree that you will not:
Unauthorized Access
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, database, or infrastructure.

  • Circumvent authentication or security controls.

  • Use another user's account without authorization.

 

Security Testing: Unless expressly authorized in writing by AigisPoint, you may not:
  • Conduct penetration testing against the Services.

  • Perform vulnerability scanning of AigisPoint infrastructure.

  • Attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities.

  • Perform denial-of-service or load testing.

  • Interfere with normal platform operations.

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly using the contact information provided on our website.

 
Reverse Engineering

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • Reverse engineer the software.

  • Decompile the application.

  • Disassemble code.

  • Attempt to discover source code.

  • Copy or replicate proprietary analytical methodologies.

 
Malicious Activity

You may not use the Services to:

  • Distribute malware.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Deliver ransomware.

  • Transmit viruses or other harmful code.

  • Facilitate cyberattacks.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems.

 

Misrepresentation

You may not:

  • Provide false registration information.

  • Misrepresent your identity.

  • Impersonate another individual or organization.

  • Falsify assessment information intended to deceive others.

 

Intellectual Property

You may not:

  • Copy proprietary reports for resale.

  • Remove copyright notices.

  • Republish proprietary methodologies.

  • Create derivative products based upon AigisPoint intellectual property without written permission.

Customers retain ownership of their own submitted information.

 
4. Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

  • Restricting access to authorized users.

  • Protecting devices used to access the Services.

  • Promptly notifying AigisPoint of suspected unauthorized access.

  • Providing accurate assessment information.

 
5. Fair Use

The Services are intended to support legitimate customer operations.

Customers may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other mechanisms to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the availability or performance of the Services without AigisPoint's prior written approval.

6. Compliance with Law

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, export controls, sanctions, and contractual obligations relating to their use of the Services.

7. Enforcement

AigisPoint reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Where appropriate, AigisPoint may:

  • Suspend user accounts.

  • Restrict access.

  • Remove content.

  • Terminate Services.

  • Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

  • Pursue available legal remedies.

Nothing in this Policy obligates AigisPoint to monitor customer activity continuously.

8. Changes

AigisPoint may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

The current version will be published on the AigisPoint Legal page.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
