Timothy S. O’Neil is the Founder and President of AigisPoint Predictive Intelligence and the creator of Strategic Predictive Threat Intelligence (SPTI). He brings more than 26 years of cybersecurity experience, including senior security architecture and leadership roles across healthcare, telecommunications, and global technology organizations.

Tim is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and former Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) instructor. He has adapted principles of structured analysis and weighted decision-making to the development of AigisPoint’s predictive approach to cyber risk and threat intelligence. Tim holds an MBA in Technology Management and a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

As Founder & CEO, Suzanne brings more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, operations, compliance, and customer experience. Suzanne's career has taught her  how to identify real-world problems, understand the people affected by them, and develop practical solutions that work within complex environments. Suzanne has built and implemented programs, designed workflows, solved technology limitations, researched regulatory requirements, created training and documentation, and led teams through change. Suzanne's technical background includes software implementation, troubleshooting, hardware, networks, and user training, while her healthcare experience includes patient access, insurance, treatment planning, financial counseling, and regulatory compliance. Suzanne is a resourceful, hands-on leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning ideas into workable processes. As a founder, Suzanne brings deep industry knowledge, customer empathy, technical aptitude, and a relentless focus on solving problems that matter.

Financial Advisor & Board Member 

Anh serves on the Board of Directors of AigisPoint Predictive Intelligence, bringing more than 36 years of commercial banking, lending, and financial leadership experience. Anh currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at an Illinois Community Bank, Anh manages banking relationships with businesses, institutions, and commercial developers. Previously, he spent more than 15 years with Marine Bank, rising to Executive Vice President with responsibility for commercial loan portfolios, client relationships, banking operations, and expansion initiatives. Anh brings AigisPoint valuable expertise in financial risk, commercial decision-making, and business development as the company expands the application of predictive intelligence across cybersecurity, cyber insurance, and enterprise risk.
