AI & Predictive Intelligence Disclaimer
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
Purpose
AigisPoint Predictive Intelligence Corp. ("AigisPoint," "we," "our," or "us") provides Strategic Predictive Threat Intelligence (SPTI) to help organizations better understand cybersecurity risk trends and support informed risk management decisions.
The AigisPoint platform uses analytical models, historical cybersecurity data, customer-provided information, and proprietary methodologies to generate predictive assessments regarding potential cybersecurity threats.
The Services are intended to assist decision-making and should not be interpreted as guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding future cybersecurity events.
Nature of Predictive Analytics
Cybersecurity is a rapidly changing environment influenced by technology, human behavior, criminal activity, regulatory developments, geopolitical events, software vulnerabilities, and many other variables.
AigisPoint generates predictive assessments based on the information available at the time an assessment is performed.
Because future events cannot be known with certainty, actual outcomes may differ from any prediction, forecast, recommendation, or analytical assessment generated by the Services.

Confidence Levels

Confidence levels are not guarantees of accuracy, certainty, or future outcomes. A higher confidence level indicates greater confidence in the analytical model, not certainty that an event will occur.
